Customers who purchased BlackBerry or any wireless device from the Sprint Relay Store can now talk - via videophone or webcam - with a “Video Customer Service” (VCS) representative in sign language.

VCS is now available only for Sprint Relay Store customers. VCS representatives can:

> provide technical assistance
> help with rebate issues
> handle billing questions.
To request appointment with Sprint Relay Video Customer Service, send an email with your name and a short message explaining your need for technical support.
