The Federal Goverment believes that all their employees should have access to quick and prompt VRS service by using FedVRS. This service is already in compliance with Federal Privacy laws and regulations. The Federal Goverment requires that 80 percent of FedVRS calls be answered within 60 seconds, a requirement that far exceeds the FCC requirement of 90 seconds.
Sprint Relay is the ONLY Federally-authorized provider for Federal Relay. If you work for the government and/or are calling related to access a Federal Agency (IRS, Taxes, SSI/SDI, etc), you are encouraged to use Federal Relay. To use FedVRS, just type myfedvrs.tv on your VP. If you are using a PC, go to www.myfedvrs.com and download the FedVRS for PC application. Connect with FedVRS directly from that application. Calling Federal Relay has never been easier.
